Fully custom tooling (ODM) is quoted per project. Tell us the SKU and we'll give you the exact number in writing.

Yes. Mixed-category and mixed-SKU orders are one of the main reasons buyers work with us — the MOQ applies per SKU, not per order, and everything ships in one consolidated shipment.

Yes. Unit price steps down at agreed quantity bands. The bands are stated in the quotation, so you can see exactly what the next 500 units would cost before you commit.

Because price depends on quantity, customisation, packaging and Incoterm — and because published prices are visible to your competitors. We quote per project within 4 business hours instead.

Tooling paid for in full by you is yours. Where we share or refund mould cost against volume, the arrangement is stated in the contract before any work starts.

Yes. Send yours, or we will provide one. We routinely work on unreleased designs for brand owners.

Usually yes — send the sample or a full specification with dimensions and photos. We will confirm feasibility and whether any existing tooling can be used.

EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP. We can quote the same goods under two Incoterms so you can compare against your own forwarder.

Yes on DDP terms to most major markets. Sea, air, rail and express options are quoted with transit estimates.
