This page covers B2B orders only. Because most of what we sell is made to your specification, the rules are different from consumer retail returns — and we'd rather state them plainly than argue about them later.
| Manufacturing defect | Accepted. Defects in material or workmanship that appear under normal use, reported within the claim window below. |
|---|---|
| Transit damage | Accepted where cartons show visible damage on arrival and are photographed before unpacking. |
| Wrong specification shipped | Accepted where the delivered goods differ from the signed spec sheet or approved sample. |
| Quantity shortfall | Accepted. Short shipments are credited or replaced in the next order. |
| Change of mind | Not accepted for customised, private-label or ODM goods. Stocked standard items may be returnable by prior agreement, at your freight cost and subject to a restocking fee. |
| Market performance | Not accepted. Unsold stock is not a defect. We help you avoid this by keeping first orders small. |
Claims reported after the window cannot be verified against carrier or inspection records, so we cannot accept them. Notify us early — even if you don't have all the details yet.
| Credit note | The default remedy. The value of affected units is credited against your next order. |
|---|---|
| Replacement | Replacement units shipped with your next order, or separately where volume justifies it. |
| Refund | Available where no further order is planned. Refunds are issued to the original paying account of JIANGMEN JINTENG TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. |
| Freight on claims | Return freight is ours for accepted defect claims. For non-quality returns it is yours. |
We will never ask you to return goods to a personal address or to a third-party account. All returns and refunds are processed through JIANGMEN JINTENG TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD.
Send photos and your order reference. We'll tell you quickly whether it's a claim, and what we'll do about it.
